### About the team
Treasury Operations is integral to the strategy, execution and support of many Treasury Finance’s core functionalities (bank account management, cash management, investment management, payments processing, risk management and compliance). We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join this growing team.
### What you’ll do
As a Treasury Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with the Treasury, Engineering, Product, and Finance teams to build scalable infrastructure, define business requirements, KPIs, and lead systems-driven transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining metrics dashboards, interpreting large data sets, and designing systems that support core treasury workflows.
You will:
* Partner with Treasury and cross-functional teams to define and implement KPIs, dashboards, and data pipelines to monitor liquidity, payment operations, and treasury risk
* Own and enhance core reporting tools and visualization platforms Write SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data from internal systems
* Participate in treasury-related systems transformations, including automation projects and tooling development
* Drive change management initiatives — from stakeholder alignment to rollout planning — to support the adoption of new tools and workflows
* Identify opportunities to optimize funds flow, reduce risk, and improve reconciliation or forecasting accuracy
* Collaborate with engineers to integrate data systems, enable self-serve analytics, and build scalable infrastructure
* Provide analytical support and documentation for audits, risk reviews, and internal controls assessments
### Our ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in Business analysis ideally in Treasury, FinTech, Payments, or Financial Operations roles
- Proven hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau (or similar BI tools), and large datasets.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process change and manage systems-based projects.
- Exposure to cash management, liquidity, reconciliation, or financial risk concepts.
- Clear and structured communication skills — able to work with engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing deliverables across multiple teams and balancing competing priorities.
Nice to haves:
- Experience working in a high-growth or tech-enabled financial services company
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or R for data analysis
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks related to payment systems or treasury operations
- Prior involvement in system overhauls, ERP integrations, or custom tool development
