Our platform includes advanced compliance and fraud detection systems, as well as internal tools to support customer operations, risk management, and financial reporting.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to take ownership of quality across our website, mobile apps, and internal tools. You will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies that ensure our customers and internal teams have a smooth and trustworthy experience. This is a senior, hands-on role where you will define QA processes, perform thorough testing, and work closely with product, design, and engineering.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans for:
Web: public site, dashboards, payment flows
Mobile apps: authentication, payment scheduling, notifications
Internal tools: admin dashboards, support and fraud review workflows
Ensure the correctness of critical flows
Test integrations between our systems and internal processes
Identify, document, and track bugs clearly and effectively
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to resolve issues and improve usability
Define and track quality metrics to maintain product reliability
Help build a culture of quality across the team
Requirements
5+ years of QA experience testing web and mobile applications
Strong knowledge of manual testing methods, exploratory testing, and regression testing
Experience working with complex user flows and data-driven products
Familiarity with CI/CD environments and modern development workflows
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Bonus
Experience in fintech, payments, or other regulated industries
Familiarity with security and compliance standards such as SOC2
Exposure to cloud infrastructure environments
