We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to work closely with our executive team to drive cross-functional alignment, track progress across key initiatives, and ensure accountability toward organizational goals. You will be responsible for program execution and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to support our scaling operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead execution of the Program Management Plan, ensuring alignment across technical and operational workstreams
Build and maintain roadmaps, milestones, and reporting tools to track performance and surface risks
Facilitate coordination across teams (engineering, finance, operations) to support project execution and decision-making
Identify and pursue non-dilutive funding opportunities that align with company priorities
Support leadership in strategic planning, performance monitoring, and process improvements
Partner with operations, and engineering teams on procurement planning, equipment schedules, and technical deliverables
Serve as liaison for stakeholders and partner organizations, as needed
Qualifications:
5+ years in program or project management roles, ideally in clean energy, advanced manufacturing, or industrial innovation sectors
Strong organizational and cross-functional leadership skills
Familiarity with procurement, budgeting, and spend plan development
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with executive stakeholders
Detail-oriented with a systems mindset
