We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and collaborative spirit to support innovative projects and maintain high operational standards.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and collaborative spirit to support innovative projects and maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a senior engineer and other small cross-functional engineering teams while independently driving projects to meet urgent timelines.
- Design, develop, and test new products while improving existing designs.
- Strong ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness in diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults in experimental setups, utilizing root cause analysis techniques.
- Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, or maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems or processes to meet requirements.
- Confer with engineers or other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, or provide technical information.
- Collaborate with production teams at other sites to ensure smooth integration of new processes and technologies.
- Monitor process performance metrics, conducting root cause analysis for any deviations.
- Identify areas for process improvement through data analysis and implement solutions to reduce costs and waste.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in maintenance or product engineering, preferably within an R&D or high-tech environment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex machinery and experience with preventive maintenance programs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus meeting urgent timelines.
- Ability to think innovatively to solve unique challenges associated with R&D projects.
- Precision in diagnosing faults and executing repairs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience operating a forklift
- Hands-on welding experience
- Ability to start by Q4 2024
