Who we are:
Spectral Labs is a spatial intelligence company building reasoning models for engineering physical systems. Our model SGS-1 is state-of-the-art for parametric geometry, and we are currently building the next generation of models to revolutionize how systems are designed and manufactured from the ground up. Our team is small and talent dense. We have founded quantitative trading firms and built generative design at Autodesk. Our founding members have worked on the cutting edge of applied AI at Meta, MIT, Autodesk Research and Samsung Research.

What we're looking for
Spectral is seeking a talented ML Engineer who will own feature pipelines, evaluation, and training tasks for our next series of CAD generative models. This person will meaningfully contribute to making our models better.
Responsibilities
Own data infrastructure for models
Use both procedural and model-based methods for verifying raw data and features.
Broadly own serialization pipeline
Collaborate with entire research team on deploying models
(Optional) Own deployment + demo for customers
Collaborate with a small, elite team of researchers and engineers across domains.
Qualifications
Evidence of exceptional ability in any technical field
Experience solving problems that stump others. Must love the process of solving hard problems.
Familiarity with Python. Familiarity with C++ is a plus.
