We’re a very casual and social company, you’ll have the opportunity to meet and work with people across all levels and departments and learn from them and the projects they’re working on.
As a company we work with a variety of clients and partners ranging from universities, stadiums, retailers and big household names like the O2, Greek Theatre or Mercedes Benz stadium. As part of this internship you’ll get an insight into the differences between these partnerships and what makes them successful.
About our Internship Programme
We are very excited to launch our second official summer internship programme held between 7th July - 28th August 2026. You’ll be part of a global cohort of interns to learn from each other and share the experience of gaining new skills in a fast-growing tech company.
We’re looking for hungry-to-learn individuals who will truly benefit from this opportunity. You might be interested in more than one internship role, please indicate this in your application.

Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Tools — Contribute to the development of our frontend services. These include both our customer facing services and internal services
- Write Clean, Maintainable Code — Follow best practices for code quality, documentation, and testing
- Collaborate with Designers — Work alongside designers to implement UI components and features, helping to bridge the gap between design and code
- Participate in Team Processes — Join standups and contribute to team rituals like retros, while also getting comfortable working independently on focused tasks
- Support CI/CD Processes — Contribute to deployment workflows and continuous integration setups, ensuring smooth releases of internal tools
- Use AI Tools Responsibly — Leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate development, with an understanding of when to trust and when to verify output
- Familiarity with JavaScript and React, or a strong willingness to pick them up quickly
- Some experience working with version control (Git) and comfort using the command line
- Curious, self-motivated, and willing to learn — we don’t expect you to know everything!
- Comfortable asking questions, collaborating with others, and explaining your thinking
- Interest in developer experience or internal tooling is a bonus
You’ll be paid London Living Wage for the duration of your internship.
We work on a hybrid basis with 3 days a week in the office (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday). You’ll meet the team in the office and have the option to work from home for the rest of the week.
When you’re in the office you’ll be able to order lunch (up to £12 on the company) via our catering Feedr from multiple local restaurants. You’ll also find a rotating selection of sweet and savory snacks on the kitchen counter - all available whenever you need a break. If you feel like eating something healthy, we’ve got a wide ranges of fruit options in the kitchen that you can help yourself to.
As a company we have socials and away days once a quarter where we spend time to have fun and do some team building activities. We have many social events across the year that you could be joining during your internship.
You’ll also have access to £50 credits for parking per month via JustPark and the possibility of box tickets to the O2 if there are any available events at the duration of your internship.
