About the role

JustPark is at a pivotal moment in our growth story, and we are looking for a senior creative leader to help us define our future. We've recently brought together two powerful brands and are now operating as one unified global brand, JustPark.

This role is a unique opportunity to shape the creative and strategic direction for a company that supports over 14 million drivers in the UK and serves over 550 sporting venues and 80% of professional sports teams and Division 1 colleges in the U.S. As we unify our brand identity and expand our reach, you will be the creative and strategic force behind this exciting new chapter. You will be instrumental in building a cohesive and resonant brand that speaks to both our B2C and B2B audiences, setting the stage for our next phase of growth.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Brand & Product Marketing, and managing a team of creative designers, this role blends brand strategy with creative leadership. You’ll own our brand identity end-to-end — leading the charge on how we show up across every touchpoint, from digital channels and products, to out-of-home and partnerships.

What You’ll Do

  • Global Brand Strategy Development: You will live and breathe our brand strategy, translating it into a clear, compelling creative vision for the entire company. In the UK, you will largely support our consumer brand and its creative campaigns, reaching over 14 million drivers . In the U.S., you will focus on our B2B brand, which serves 550+ sporting venues and 80% of professional sports teams and Division 1 colleges.
  • Lead Development of Brand Campaigns: You'll be responsible for the strategic and creative direction of our brand campaigns, from concept to completion. While these campaigns will be driven by strategic intent and not multi-million dollar budgets, your leadership will ensure they are still high-impact and effectively tell our story. You’ll also create a brand platform which will serve as an anchor to all other marketing campaigns.
  • Drive Sponsorship Activations: A key part of your role will be to develop and execute creative strategies for our high-profile sponsorship activations, ensuring we maximize brand exposure and engagement through memorable experiences.
  • Brand Management and Measurement: You will own our brand research initiatives, including the design and analysis of our brand tracker surveys. You will use these insights to measure brand health, understand consumer perception, benchmark against competitors, and inform future creative and strategic decisions. You will be responsible for translating this data into actionable insights for the business.
  • Brand Advocacy & Leadership: You will be the primary advocate for the brand, both internally and externally. This includes presenting creative concepts to stakeholders, providing constructive feedback to your team, and ensuring all brand communications are consistent and compelling.
  • Creative Team Leadership: You'll lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers to produce high-quality creative work. You'll oversee the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are on brand, on time, and on budget.
  • A seasoned creative leader with 10+ years experience in brand strategy and creative direction and at least 3-5 years in a managerial or director-level role.
  • An expert storyteller with a portfolio that showcases your ability to translate complex ideas into simple, powerful, and emotionally resonant brand narratives.
  • Experienced in managing and mentoring creative teams, with a passion for helping designers grow and do their best work.
  • A strategic thinker who understands how to balance creative vision with business objectives, using data and insights to inform your decisions.
  • A collaborative partner with excellent communication skills, who can build strong relationships across different teams and geographical locations.
  • Experienced with both B2C and B2B marketing, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities of speaking to different audiences.
  • An expert in brand building with a strong understanding of how to leverage sponsorship activations to create meaningful brand moments.

Our Interview Process

First-stage - 30-minute virtual video interview via Google Meet with the People Team to tell you more about JustPark and the role and learn more about your experience

Second-stage - 45-minute virtual video interview via Google Meet with the Hiring Manager

Third-stage - A take home task. We always make sure that the task is relevant for the role and efficient for the process. Our tasks vary in length based on the role and seniority but the task would never take longer than a max. of 3-4 hours to complete

Final stage - A 1 hour final interview to meet your team and manager and cover final interview-type questions around the role
