About the role

We’re looking for a seasoned B2B Marketer to cover for our Senior Manager, B2B Marketing’s maternity leave for approximately 12 months with a start date ideally in early September. You’ll own and deliver the approved UK B2B marketing plan for the rest of 2025 while shaping the early roadmap for 2026. Reporting into our Senior Director, B2B Marketing, you’ll drive demand, brand visibility and revenue across key verticals—combining campaign expertise, event management skills and data-led optimisation to keep our growth trajectory on track.

What you’ll do

  • Drive owned channel performance across email, social media (LinkedIn), and web — delivering campaign content and always-on activity that aligns with business priorities, supports lead generation, and maintains consistency in tone, voice and design.
  • Brand Awareness: You’ll lead the development and execution of integrated campaigns that increase brand and product awareness among business decision makers in key sectors (Parking Operators, Commercial Real Estate, and Hospitality). Most prospects know of us as a B2C solution but are not yet familiar with how we can help drive revenue for underutilised car parks.
  • Lead Generation: Work with the performance marketing team to optimise current demand capture and lead generation campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) in order to generate MQLs for new car park listings as well as corporate fleet accounts across the UK.
  • Account Engagement: You’ll partner with Account Management and CRM teams to develop account-based marketing activity that supports key account growth and upsell, such as monthly newsletters, client lunch & learns and webinars.
  • Content Development: You’ll work with sales leadership to identify the best client testimonials and case studies for our everyday parking solutions (Reservations, On Demand, Insights), and you’ll manage an external content agency in producing relevant SEO-driven blog and social content on a monthly basis.
  • Event Execution: You’ll manage the coordination of JustPark’s presence at key industry events, including Fleet & Mobility (Oct), IPC (Nov), ParkEx (May) and other strategic gatherings. You will own the budget as well as the relationships with the event, our experiential agency, and our internal sales team in order to make the event a success.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: You’ll act as the marketing point of contact for the commercial team in the UK, joining weekly sales meetings and managing marketing requests from sales and account management.
  • Analytics & Reporting: You’ll partner with our analytics and performance marketing teams to measure success against revenue/bookings at B2B locations, MQL volume & quality, and event engagement.
  • Hands-on B2B/ABM marketer with proven impact in a high-growth or scale-up environment.
  • Event & experiential marketing prowess—from concept through flawless execution.
  • Track record of exceeding revenue targets and accelerating qualified lead generation.

Our Interview Process

First-stage - 30-minute virtual video interview via Google Meet with the People Team to tell you more about JustPark and the role and learn more about your experience

Second-stage - 45-minute virtual video interview via Google Meet with the Hiring Manager

Final stage - A 1 hour final interview to meet your team and manager and cover final interview-type questions around the role
