What we are looking for
We are seeking an operator who will assemble the microfluidic cartridge that is part of SiPhox’s medical diagnostic device. The first 3 months will be on a contract basis and the role can evolve to become a full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and microfluidic components
- Operation of simple mechanical fixtures and complex inspection tools
- Conduct quality control and inspection of incoming parts
- Manage inventory of parts
- Perform functional tests on assembled cartridges
- Give feedback to engineers and propose improvement to the assembly process
Qualifications
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively with the rest of the team
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Ability to read, write and understand English
