Sarvam works with leading enterprises and public institutions and is backed by Lightspeed, Peak XV, and Khosla Ventures. Sarvam partners with India's leading brands, including Tata Capital, SBI Life, CRED, IDFC, and LIC.
About the Role
We're looking for someone who can build understanding how the product is actually being used. You'll sit at the intersection of users, data, and the dev team: pulling signal out of noisy feedback, spotting patterns across usage data and error logs, and turning all of it into clear, actionable input the team can act on.
This is an operations and analysis role at its core. The team is small and moving fast — disciplined tracking and sharp judgment about what matters is how you'll create impact here.
If you're the kind of person who instinctively wants to organize chaos, and you're comfortable moving between a spreadsheet, a dashboard, and a conversation with an engineer in the same hour, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Monitor Analytics dashboards and funnels to track feature usage, drop-offs, and behavioral patterns
Review Sentry logs and correlate error signals with real user-reported issues — including catching things nobody has reported yet
Collate feedback arriving across channels (WhatsApp, email, support forms, Slack) into a single, maintained tracker
Triage each item into bug, feature request, UX confusion, duplicate, or noise — and merge duplicates instead of tracking them as separate signals
Write clear, dev-ready bug reports: repro steps, severity, frequency, supporting logs/screenshots
Identify recurring patterns across feedback, usage data, and error logs, and roll them into a weekly summary for the founders and dev team
Make the call on what's worth escalating now versus what can wait — and be able to explain that call
Help build and maintain a single source of truth for "what's broken, what's confusing, what's requested"
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree — any discipline; this is about judgment and rigor, not credentials
Comfortable navigating tools like Mixpanel, Notion, Linear, and spreadsheets.
Strong written communication — this role lives or dies on how clearly you can write a bug report an engineer can act on without follow-up questions
Detail-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-changing beta product
Genuine curiosity about user behavior and how products actually get used versus how they're designed to be used
Able to prioritize under incomplete information — willing to make and defend a call on what matters most
Bonus Points
Programming knowledge, Basic SQL
Prior exposure to a startup or beta-stage product environment
Comfort reading error/crash logs (parsing signal, not debugging code)
Experience with any customer feedback or support tooling (Intercom, Zendesk, etc.)
Note: We're looking for someone who can own the outcome described here, not someone who matches every line of this specification. If this problem excites you and you think you can do this work, we want to hear from you.
