About the Role

As a Senior Talent Partner at Sarvam AI, you aren't just "filling roles"—you are building the foundational team for India’s sovereign AI stack. We are looking for a strategic recruiter who thrives in the high-stakes world of Deep Tech and Generative AI.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our most critical technical and research positions. You will work directly with our founding leads to identify, engage, and hire the top 1% of talent, helping us scale from a high-powered startup to a generational AI powerhouse.

What You’ll Do

  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire recruitment process for complex technical, GTM & business roles

  • Strategic Sourcing: Go beyond LinkedIn. You will dive into various source to find passive talent that doesn't "apply" to jobs.

  • Partner with Leadership: Act as a talent advisor to the leaders, providing market intelligence, salary benchmarking, etc

  • Elevate Candidate Experience: Design and execute a high-touch interview process that reflects Sarvam’s culture of technical excellence and rapid iteration.

  • Brand Building: Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to position Sarvam AI as the global destination for potential future hires wanting to solve "India-scale" problems.

What We’re Looking For

  • The Experience: Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years specifically hiring for high growth start-ups

  • Sourcing Mastery: A proven track record of finding "the needle in the haystack" through advanced Boolean search, networking, and creative outreach.

  • Startup DNA: You are comfortable with ambiguity, move fast, and possess the grit required to hire in a highly competitive global AI market.

  • Relationship Driven: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust with both elite candidates and demanding internal stakeholders.
