About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, high-ownership Generalist with 1–3 years of experience to work across strategy, partnerships, product, and go-to-market at Sarvam. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast across functions, and wants to be close to every part of the business. You will work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, plugging into wherever the highest-leverage work is — and driving it to completion.
What You'll Do
• Drive strategic initiatives — from problem framing and research to recommendations and execution
• Build and manage relationships with key external stakeholders, partners, and clients
• Own account management for select partnerships, ensuring commitments are met and relationships are deepened
• Support product teams by synthesising market feedback, user insights, and competitive intelligence into actionable inputs
• Collaborate with design teams to sharpen how Sarvam's products are communicated and experienced
• Contribute to GTM planning and execution — including positioning, launch coordination, and channel strategy
• Identify gaps across functions and step in to move critical work forward
What We're Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in a generalist, strategy, consulting, or cross-functional operations role
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple functions simultaneously without dropping the ball
• Strong strategic thinking — able to structure problems clearly and move from insight to action
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external audiences
• Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and managing relationships independently
• High ownership mindset — takes initiative, follows through, and holds themselves accountable
• Genuine curiosity about AI and how it applies to real-world products and markets
