About the Role
We are looking for a driven B2B Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience to grow Sarvam's presence in the education sector. You will own relationships across private and government universities, education departments, and B2B education companies, with a focus on selling to high and medium-income private schools. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role at the intersection of AI and education.
What You'll Do
• Build and manage relationships with private and government universities and state/central education departments
• Identify, prospect, and close deals with B2B education companies that sell to private schools, businesses/startups and govts
• Own the full sales cycle — from outreach and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closure
• Develop a strong pipeline of high and medium-income private school accounts
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor pitches and solutions to institutional needs
• Track and report on pipeline health, deal progress, and revenue targets
• Represent Sarvam at education sector events, conferences, and government forums
What We're Looking For
• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the education sector or EdTech
• Proven track record of closing deals with institutional or government clients
• Strong understanding of the private school ecosystem and education procurement processes
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to navigate long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
• Clear, confident communicator — written and verbal
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
