About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior FDSE to lead complex, large-scale deployments of Sarvam’s on-device AI platform at enterprise accounts. You will bring deep technical authority, owning everything from BIOS and firmware diagnostics to MDM fleet architecture, while acting as a senior technical partner to enterprise IT teams and a key contributor to the presales motion.

Beyond your own hands-on deployment and support work, you will set the technical standard for field engineering at Sarvam: defining playbooks, driving escalation resolution, and feeding product-critical field intelligence back to engineering. This is an on-site or hybrid role with significant customer-facing and mentoring responsibility.

You will co-own the most ambitious on-device AI problem in India: building sovereign models that run at the silicon level across devices. You will be embedded with silicon partners like Qualcomm, Intel, HP, Apple, and NVIDIA, turning research breakthroughs into production-grade optimisations that serve 1.5 billion Indians at minimum latency. From tuning to agentic orchestration and client deployment, this is not a feature team; it is a platform-defining role. What You’ll Do

• Lead deployment and configuration of Sarvam’s on-device AI platform across large enterprise PC fleets using Intune and SCCM

• Own escalated hardware diagnostics, resolving complex BIOS, firmware, driver, and hardware-level issues across diverse device configurations

• Architect and maintain PowerShell automation frameworks for deployment, monitoring, and configuration management at scale

• Define and enforce MDM policy architecture via Microsoft Intune for enterprise fleet management

• Drive presales engagements, leading technical discovery, scoping POC deployments, and presenting to enterprise IT leadership

• Own SLA governance across a portfolio of enterprise accounts, setting expectations, managing escalations, and ensuring resolution quality

• Act as the primary technical liaison between enterprise customers and Sarvam’s product and engineering teams

• Build and maintain deployment playbooks, technical runbooks, and support documentation

• Mentor and provide technical guidance to FDSE engineers in the field

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years of experience in field engineering, enterprise deployment, or senior IT support roles

• Deep, hands-on expertise with Intune and SCCM: policy design, compliance management, and large-scale fleet deployment (non-negotiable)

• Advanced PC hardware diagnostics: BIOS, firmware, and hardware-level troubleshooting across varied enterprise device configurations (non-negotiable)

• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell; ability to build and maintain automation frameworks for enterprise environments

• Expert-level knowledge of Windows OS in enterprise and managed fleet contexts

• Proven track record in customer-facing technical roles, comfortable engaging enterprise IT leadership

• Experience owning SLA management and escalation governance across multiple enterprise accounts

Bonus Points

• Prior experience with on-device AI, edge computing, or sovereign enterprise AI deployments

• Deep familiarity with enterprise identity and authentication: Active Directory, Entra ID, SAML, or SCIM

• Experience in presales or solution architecture, scoping and delivering technical POCs for enterprise buyers

• Background in a PC OEM, hardware vendor, or enterprise systems integrator

• Microsoft certifications (MD-102, SC-300, or equivalent)
