Learning & Development Program Manager (Part-time)

About the team & role:
- Rubrik is redefining data security and needs a learning and development-oriented professional to help scale and make a transformational impact on its talent development team. You'll shape the future of learning and leadership development and performance management for our India population, while also contributing to global initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to both build from the ground up, leveraging cutting-edge AI and modern learning approaches to create exceptional employee experiences, and also expand and customise our existing signature programs. You will play a hands-on role and bring learnings from your experience using cutting-edge technology and AI solutions to design and deliver learning experiences that empower Rubrikans and our company to succeed.
What you'll do:
Learning & Development
- Design and Facilitation: Help design, facilitate, and deliver engaging learning experiences (both virtual and in-person) for all employee segments, with a focus on career and performance development. This includes supporting our company-wide Development Week and Quarterly Development Days.
- AI-Powered and Digital Learning: Use generative AI to create more personalised and scalable learning paths for employees. Support the management of our digital learning platforms (LMS) and assist with day-to-day vendor relationships.
Talent Development Programs & Operations
- Program Support: Provide end-to-end support for key talent development programs, including performance management, manager development, and onboarding. You'll be responsible for project management, logistics, and data collection to measure program effectiveness. Leverage AI to streamline and automate programs, processes and data analysis.
- Performance Management: Contribute to modernising our performance management approach, to ensure our performance management philosophy and processes are right-sized for our company. Leverage AI for increased productivity and objectivity. Help execute and optimise our performance management processes and systems, working with HR Business Partners, HR Technology, and other People team members.
- Analytics: Utilise data analytics to measure learning and program ROI, track engagement, and identify skill gaps, providing actionable insights to stakeholders for strategic decision-making.
Experience you’ll need:
- Experience: You have 5-7 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or HR roles, and a proven track record in designing and delivering learning programs across multiple modalities.
- Hands-On: You're a proactive problem-solver who enjoys rolling up your sleeves to get things done. You're comfortable managing multiple tasks and have solid project management skills.
- Curiosity: You have a growth mindset and are curious about new and innovative approaches to L&D, including how AI can enhance learning experiences.
- AI Literacy: Familiarity with generative AI tools and their applications in learning and development.
- Tech Savvy: You are comfortable working with HR technologies such as Workday, AI-Native LMS or LXPs, Qualtrics, and CultureAmp.
- Change Agility: Ability to thrive in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments and help others do the same.
- Communication: You are a strong communicator with excellent presentation and facilitation skills. You bring a consultative mindset with the ability to influence without authority.
- Data-Driven: You have experience collecting and analysing data to understand the impact of talent programs and are comfortable building simple measurement scorecards.
