EMEA Program Manager

Location: London or Amsterdam.

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced EMEA Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the main link between the global programs team and the EMEA region, helping to adapt global programs for local markets as well as create new programs locally. You’ll lead the planning and execution of EMEA-wide programs and webinars, work with several stakeholders and vendors, manage budgets, and make sure everything runs smoothly alongside field marketing and campaign teams.You’ll also work closely with our SDR teams to make sure they have what they need to follow up on leads. This is also a player-coach role, where you’ll lead and support one other team member.

What you’ll do:

- Act as the primary liaison with the global programs team to align on new and recurring programs

- Localize global programs to effectively meet the needs of EMEA markets, in collaboration with the EMEA Campaign Manager

- Own the regional alignment with EMEA SDR teams, ensuring they are set up for success in lead follow-up

- Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources to meet our targets

- Collaborate actively with field marketing and campaign teams to ensure flawless integration of our programs

- Coach and guide a team member based in Amsterdam

- Engage with third party suppliers

Requirements:

- Demonstrated creativity in program development and problem-solving

- Velocity in execution and thorough follow-up

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proven experience working with global teams, particularly in the US

- Strong knowledge of reporting and analytics using Salesforce and Tableau to monitor results and identify areas for improvement

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

- Regular office presence in London

- The ability to coach and guide a team member across different locations

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment

- Proven track record of successful program localization and creation

- Experience managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective use of resources

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a hands-on and results driven attitude
