About the Role:

Rubrik is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Programs Specialist to join our high-performing Marketing team. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative programs aimed at driving customer acquisition and retention, while closely aligning with our overarching marketing objectives. You will work in conjunction with cross-functional teams and leverage your in-depth knowledge of industry best practices to elevate our marketing efforts.

Additionally, you will optimize Sales Development Representative (SDR) programs to enhance lead generation and conversion rates. You will ensure broad knowledge and understanding of active campaigns across the SDR organization and ensure all leads are being actively worked. This position requires a keen analytical mind, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for continuous improvement. Your insights into the SDR team’s performance and dynamics will be crucial in driving strategic improvements and optimizing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze data and metrics to determine the success of direct mail initiatives providing continuous optimization of programs for maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • SDR Program Optimization: Own SDR relationship with Marketing to identify and implement areas for improvement. Continuously track and measure SDR performance to ensure programs deliver desired outcomes, always seeking to enhance programs to boost lead generation and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Maintain close relationships with the SDR leadership and functional team to ensure alignment and shared goals. Provide actionable feedback and strategic insights to enhance SDR performance, always staying aware of industry trends in order to integrate best practices into marketing strategies.
  • Strategic Insights: Leverage your deep understanding of the SDR organization to respond to inquiries and provide insights efficiently. Drive a collaborative environment where knowledge is shared, and team members are empowered.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on industry trends and emerging best practices – regularly seeking out innovative strategies to elevate Rubrik’s marketing programs and ensuring continuous feedback loops to refine and enhance marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in developing and managing direct mail marketing programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience working with and optimizing SDR teams to achieve lead generation and conversion goals.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of marketing best practices and industry trends.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
