About The Product Org

The Product Team at Rubrik is responsible for driving Rubrik’s mission of securing the world’s data by creating products that simplify the complexity of managing cyber resilience across all applications and types of data. We seek to build consumer-grade experiences to solve the hardest and most complex enterprise challenges.

About The Role

Rubrik is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of Rubrik Security Cloud - Private (RSC-P). This platform enables customers in regulated sectors - such as local and state governments, the federal government, and the public sector - with the flexibility to deploy Rubrik on-premises for greater control and compliance.

  • Own evolution, strategy, and roadmap for Rubrik Security Cloud - Private
  • Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation through development, launch, and ongoing enhancements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop new features and optimize existing functionalities.
  • Maintain open and effective communication channels with all stakeholders to foster collaboration and transparency.
  • Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback and drive product improvements based on their needs.
  • Develop and execute strategies to differentiate Rubrik’s offerings and strengthen its market position.
  • Support and engage with the Rubrik field, the Rubrik reseller community, and customers:

Preferred Qualifications

  • 9+ years of experience in product management or a related field, with a strong understanding of container virtualization, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with deploying software and SaaS solutions on key virtualization platforms, including Microsoft HyperV, VMware ESXi, and Nutanix AHV within customer premises
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Data protection and/or cyber security experience (desirable).
  • Understanding and working knowledge of public cloud infrastructure including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (nice to have)
  • A desire to continuously learn and have fun.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering or Computer Science
