Sr Workday Data Management Analyst

Data Entry, Data Interfaces, and Audits (70% of time)

  • Workday HR Data transaction approval and/or data entry and related processes
  • Rubrikan data processing: address changes, new hires, terminations, transfers, leave of absences, promotions, comp updates, location changes, etc
  • contractor/temp data processing – Agency Temps & Contractors - onboarding, offboarding, assignment extensions, pay rate updates, etc.
  • Ensure information is accurately captured and submitted timely to Payroll on schedule
  • Prepare & audit bonus submissions to Payroll for each pay period
  • Work closely with Payroll to ensure all “one-off” issues are resolved with respect to employee pay and data issues
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly Workday data integrity audits to ensure no fields are missing, data is valid, supervisory orgs and position management data is accurate with no orphan records, etc.
  • Audit and reconcile offer letter data and manually submitted data with Workday and conduct other audits as required for SOX compliance processes
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly system data audits – validating Workday data against Payroll, Greenhouse ATS, E*TRADE and other systems
  • Partner with the Comp team to prepare monthly stock grant reports for the Comp Committee
  • Liaison with Payroll, benefits, Stock Administration and HR Business Partners to ensure data integrity and timely reporting of information
  • Prepare and validate EIB data loads or peer review prepared EIB files
  • Monitor pending business process transactions and send follow-up emails to drive approvals. Cancel transactions not approved by target SLA for transaction
  • Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders as required using judgment around data privacy and business needed
  • Create and/or modify basic Workday reports

Other Responsibilities (30% of time)

  • Employment verification letters
  • I-9 Verification and processing
  • Update process documentation as changes are made
  • Actively participate in weekly team meetings
  • Make suggestions for process improvements
  • Maintaining any/all documentation in compliance with SOX requirements

Position Requirements

  • 5+ yrs of HR experience with at least 2 yrs experience using Workday
  • 2+ years of experience writing and updating Workday reports
  • B.S. degree in Business, Information Systems, or related area a plus
  • Strong Google Sheets and/or Excel skills
  • Understanding of HR, Payroll, and / or Finance business processes
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints
  • Must enjoy teamwork and be a strong team player
  • Must thrive in a fast paced environment where multitasking and prioritizing is required
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee information
  • Strong customer service oriented attitude required
  • Detail oriented with demonstrated data analysis skills
