About The Team:

The Product Team at Rubrik is responsible for driving Rubrik’s mission of securing the world’s data by creating products that simplify the complexity of managing cyber resilience across all applications and types of data. We seek to build consumer grade experiences to solve the hardest and most complex enterprise challenges.

About The Role:

The Data Threat Analytics Product Manager will participate in driving the security roadmap by diving into customer insights and industry data to align with Rubrik's Secure the Data strategy. The role will focus on security to protect our customers' most valuable asset – their data. You will identify threat actor trends, industry trends, gaps within the product, new features, and enhancements that increase the security posture of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Share responsibilities for prioritizing features and roadmap
  • Contribute to the overall security vision and strategy
  • Own security product(s) from inception to delivery
  • Partner with internal cross-functional stakeholders: engineering, user experience, sales, marketing, operations, support, and professional services in product planning and execution
  • Partner with external stakeholders: Customers, ecosystem partners, and evangelization, as well as gather feedback and reviews

Key Competencies:

  • Technical proficiency and ability to work effectively with a geographically distributed engineering team
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across functions
  • Customer-facing abilities to meet with and engage customers and prospects
  • Ability to learn from failures and iterate quickly

About You:

  • You have at least 5 years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in cybersecurity
  • You have a passion for cybersecurity and are a self-motivated individual
  • Prior experience with UI/UX projects, iterative development & mockup reviews is an advantage
  • You possess business acumen and the ability to build business cases, communicate effectively through presentations and write-ups, influence others, and measure success
