About the Role:

If you are a talented Alliances Partner Marketing professional and you are passionate about demand generation, committed to delivering results, and looking to join one of the hottest companies in the security industry, we have the perfect position for you. We are looking for an Associate Alliances Marketing Manager based in India to plan and execute demand generation programs with our strategic alliance partners - Microsoft, AWS, Zscaler, Crowdstrike.

This individual will be responsible for the planning and execution of global partner programs and campaigns, while enhancing our security brand with alliance partners in support of the company’s pipeline and growth goals. With a strong partner marketing background, this role will act as a subject matter expert for marketing-with and through, and serve as a liaison between partner marketing and the rest of the marketing org. Additionally, this individual will work with a cross-functional team within Rubrik to support company wide priorities. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be super creative, and the proven ability to work and communicate cross functionally.

What You'll Do:

  • Define and execute global campaigns and launches to drive awareness, engagement, and growth, such as, partners’ end user conferences and roadshow events, thought leadership webinars, round table events, and other formats that generate leads.
  • Develop scalable partner demand generation sales play for the marketing functions (field marketing, events, campaigns) to execute to drive pipeline
  • Be a key stakeholder Rubrik hosted virtual events, assisting with registration goals thru our partners.
  • Track lead flow to ensure sales are following up with leads in a timely manner
  • Work with third party vendors to pilot new DG ideas
  • Own the operational tasks associated with campaigns: procurement process, SFDC campaign build, registration pages, lead follow up resources for SDRs, lead uploads, etc.
  • Build relationships with and work closely with regional marketing teams and alliance managers to help align DG with company goals.
  • Manage budget ensure partner investments deliver pipeline and ROI.

What You’ll Need:

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in marketing with b2b technology companies.
  • Experience in partner marketing
  • Experience working with Alliance partners is preferred
  • Ability to create, manage, and execute multiple campaigns concurrently and quickly pivot as needs change
  • Strong understanding of the IT and security buyer, ability to write and create compelling programs for buying personas.
  • Excel at cross-functional collaboration with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization.
  • Individual contributor with experience managing programs and budget that aligns with marketing and sales goals and objectives.
  • Strong creative thinker and problem solver
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
