We are seeking an experienced sales leader to manage a team of Account Executives based in the Alpines region (Switzerland & Austria). You should bring a proven track record of success in generating pipeline, achieving sales targets, and experience in motivating teams through leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and develop a team of Account Executives including recruiting, hiring, and enablement of team members
  • Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the region and a key member of the EMEA Management team.
  • Drive accurate team forecasting practice in line with management expectations.
  • Assist in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Regularly interact across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure region objectives are met.
  • Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations is important.
  • Follow the weekly cadence of forecast and pipeline with the team
  • Coach sales and related staff members on a daily base
  • Define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline to move a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process
  • Identify and close new opportunities for growth working with a mix of commercial - large enterprise accounts
  • Present Rubrik, Inc. solutions within complex data center design environments
  • Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, and VAR’s to enable rapid growth
  • Provide Rubrik, Inc. management with feedback about the local market opportunity and identification of new business opportunities and channel partnerships

Experience You’ll Need:

  • Strong sales management and coaching skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic high pressure environment
  • Polished written and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort engaging with senior leadership
  • Emotionally intelligent: Self-aware, hard-working, and humble
  • New business focussed with a clear concise method to pipeline generation activities
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience leading / managing a sales team
  • Background in tech sales - we want leaders who will lead and inspire their team with experienced knowledge of the tech industry
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com, Salesloft & LinkedIn Navigator
  • Working knowledge in top of the funnel sales processes and strategy
  • Ideally a bachelors degree
  • Ideally trained / use MEDDPICC as sales qualification tool
  • Ideally fluent in English & have 1 or more additional languages: German / French / Italian
