About Team & About Role:

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Field Marketing Manager, Major Accounts for North America. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Marketing and Sales teams, overseeing the success of all field-facing demand generation marketing initiatives and events for our most strategic accounts. Reporting to the Director of Field Marketing (NAM), you will drive brand awareness and demand generation to both land and expand within the Fortune 500 accounts. You will work in close collaboration with leadership from our rapidly growing Field Sales, Inside Sales, and Partnership teams to craft and execute your plans.

We are seeking a self motivated individual with a successful track record of executing and optimizing high touch account-based marketing strategies in a fast-paced, high growth company. You will be a hands-on operator who is well-versed in interpreting data as well as building online and offline program frameworks that drive pipeline and revenue across the Americas. The ideal candidate will be ambitious and comfortable in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the development of strategic, account based marketing plans to build pipeline and drive revenue goals in our Majors account segment.
  • Partner with various cross functional teams to deliver a comprehensive portfolio of account specific marketing programs across Campaigns, Programs, Digital, Product Marketing and Events to help meet and exceed marketing targets.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales teams to create and execute marketing programs tailored to target accounts. These include bespoke in-person and virtual seminars, webinars, executive conferences & roundtables, industry events, networking events, meeting maker programs, etc.
  • Build and manage relationships with Sales, Inside Sales and Partnership leaders to craft your strategy, build excitement, and drive adoption for your programs.
  • Collaborate effectively with Regional Enterprise Field Marketing managers to ensure cohesive and jointly leveraged efforts wherever possible.
  • Track lead flow from campaign response through to pipeline generation, and collaborate with Inside Sales and Sales Management to improve conversion metrics and beat goals. Be outcome obsessed in everything you do.
  • Manage a budget, assess the effectiveness of the various marketing tactics based on business targets, and continually refine and improve activities for greater impact using Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Support and leverage corporate initiatives for your segments, give actionable feedback, share best practices and serve as advocate and marketing information source for the segment.
  • Adhere to corporate policies and complete all training on time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in relevant field or event marketing roles within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
  • Strong Field Marketing and Account Based Marketing expertise across new and existing customer accounts, personal drive, and a history of career growth.
  • Ability to create a comprehensive marketing plan, communicate the plan and build buy-in with sales and channel teams.
  • Sense of accountability and ownership, an ability to manage your business and clearly communicate your results back to the organization.
  • Strong understanding of the IT buyer, ability to write to and create compelling strategies targeted to buyer personas.
  • Strong written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills with ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships with field marketing team members, marketing peers, sales teams and customers.
  • Strong analytical skills. You are data driven and understand key metrics that drive the business, including funnel conversion rates and lead follow up processes.
  • Outcome driven, with a track record of executing creative, impactful field marketing programs
  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau and GSuite preferred
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel, but comfortable in virtual work environment

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US (SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC) Pay Range
$159,200$238,800 USD

$143,300$214,900 USD
