About Role:

We are looking for a senior Marketing leader to spearhead the next phase of our demand and growth marketing program globally. As our Vice President, Demand Generation you will lead a team of senior marketing professionals across all Rubrik’s global theaters, with a core focus on driving more top-of-funnel activities and pipeline for the GTM teams. You will also expand marketing operations efforts to include new KPIs and improved measurement of the metrics that drive our business’ success. We are seeking someone with a can-do attitude and a successful track record of inspiring a team to build, execute and optimize lead programs in a fast-paced, high growth company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build and mold high caliber teams that can conceptualize and execute on demand generation strategies that can consistently source close to half of our sales bookings.
  • Scale our growth marketing efforts, define and improve KPIs and processes, manage a significant (and growing) acquisition budget, and assume responsibility for exceeding pipeline goals each quarter.
  • Conceptualize and test new experimental campaigns that can help drive revenue at higher efficiency as we scale.
  • Positively engage with a fast-growing Sales team and leadership to ensure marketing efforts convert into real opportunities down the funnel.
  • Leverage key channels such as digital advertising, web marketing, paid search, email marketing, nurturing, webinars, direct mail, events, field activities, outbound calling and more.

Experience You’ll Need

  • Proven leader with deep experience leading large, global demand generation or growth organizations and marketing campaigns.
  • At least 12+ years experience, with 5+ years in an executive leadership position in B2B Marketing and oversight of demand generation annual budgets.
  • Demonstrated ability to operationalize multiple world class teams (manager of managers)
  • Impeccable quantitative ability and analytical skills.
  • A hacker’s type mentality full of curiosity and creativity (obsessed with solving puzzles and never gives up)
  • Strong project management and organization skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to work cross-departmentally to prioritize multiple initiatives with various conflicting stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to hire and manage the top 5% of candidates and leaders.
  • English business fluency in both written and oral communication
  • Inbox 0 type personality + roll up your sleeves type mentality.
The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

$275,100$412,700 USD
