Why Rogo

At Rogo, we are building Wall Street's first true AI analyst. Our mission is to empower finance professionals at the world’s top investment banks, private equity funds, and investment firms with AI that delivers unparalleled speed, accuracy, and insight. We are not just improving financial workflows; we are redefining them from the ground up.

This is a unique opportunity to join a generational company at a key inflection point. With a rapidly growing client base, proven product-market fit, and backing from world-class investors, we are scaling quickly and defining a new category of enterprise AI.

Our team is sharp, motivated, and deeply committed to the mission. We operate with intensity, take ownership of complex problems, and stay relentlessly focused on our users. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, demand excellence, and want to help build the future of finance, we invite you to join us.

The Role

We are scaling our go-to-market organization rapidly and are hiring our first GTM Enablement hire to build enablement from the ground up.

This role will own onboarding and GTM readiness across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Partners. You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Product to ensure our teams can confidently sell, deploy, and expand a complex, enterprise-grade AI platform into some of the most sophisticated buyers in the world.

This is a hands-on builder role with significant ownership and visibility. You will be creating structure where none exists, while supporting a rapidly scaling field organization.

This role will be foundational to how Rogo grows.

What You’ll Do

Build GTM enablement from zero

  • Establish Rogo’s enablement charter, operating model, and priorities.

  • Define what “good” looks like for onboarding, certification, and ongoing enablement in an enterprise financial services context.

Own onboarding at scale

  • Design and run onboarding programs that ramp new hires quickly in a complex, technical, and regulated category.

  • Support rapid headcount growth across Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and Partners.

Create field-ready GTM playbooks

  • Build playbooks for enterprise sales cycles, pilots, firm-wide rollouts, and expansions.

  • Codify best practices from top-performing reps and successful deployments and turn them into repeatable motions.

Partner closely with Product Marketing

  • Translate Rogo’s positioning, differentiation, and POV on applied generative AI into practical, field-ready messaging.

  • Enable the field to clearly articulate Rogo’s value across AI-powered research, data workflows, and decision-support use cases.

Lead enablement for product launches

  • Own launch readiness for the field, including training, messaging, and sales plays.

  • Ensure new capabilities are understood, adopted, and used effectively in live customer conversations.

Enable frontline managers

  • Equip managers with coaching frameworks, reinforcement tools, and enablement cadence.

  • Help managers consistently develop reps post-onboarding in long-cycle, enterprise sales environments.

Serve as the voice of the field

  • Create structured feedback loops from the field into Product and GTM leadership.

  • Surface gaps in messaging, process, or product readiness and help drive resolution.

Measure and prove impact

  • Define and track enablement success metrics, including ramp time, win rates, adoption, and productivity.

  • Use data to prioritize enablement investments and continuously improve programs.

Who You Are

  • 7–12+ years of experience across GTM roles such as Enablement, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or Product Marketing.

  • Experience as a first or early enablement hire in a scaling company.

  • Comfortable enabling complex, enterprise, category-defining products, ideally in B2B SaaS or applied AI.

  • Able to translate technical and AI-driven concepts into clear business value for sophisticated buyers.

  • Strong systems thinker who is also willing to execute hands-on.

  • Credible with senior sales leaders, executives, and customer stakeholders.

Who You Are

  • You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are high-intensity and care a lot about what you do, and you're ecstatic to work at a startup.

  • You are ambitious. You have fun solving problems that others think are impossible.

  • You are curious. You find joy in learning about AI, technology, and finance.

  • You are an owner. You are autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable working with ambiguity.

  • You are collaborative, organized, thoughtful, and kind.
