Based at Rocket Lab's new headquarters in Long Beach, California the is responsible for complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings across multiple time zones, handling expenses, multi-tasking during ad hoc projects, preparing documentations for meetings, assisting with presentations and variety of other day-to-day administrative tasks.

This is an exciting role that requires superior attention to detail, great organization and prioritization skills and the ability to plan ahead and to meet tight deadlines, all while juggling multiple critical requests. This role will support the Executive leadership team, with deliverables required for internal leadership, board of directors, and investors.

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO

  • Support managing calendars, preparing for presentations, company meetings and other key events
  • Plan travel itineraries and make travel arrangements both domestically and internationally, including reservations for events and dining as needed.
  • Assist in organizing, and execution of meetings, conferences, and off-site events
  • Reconcile and prepare expense reports
  • Document and distribute meeting minutes and action items
  • Greet guests and assist with special projects relating to guest/visitors
  • Responsible for replenishing office supplies
  • Other duties as assigned

YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates Degree
  • 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a fast-paced, corporate environment
  • Excellent skill in full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and other)

THESE QUALIFICATION WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Maintains high level of integrity and discretion
  • Outstanding writing and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent organization, planning, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the California Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.

In addition to base salary, Rocket Lab offers a comprehensive total compensation offer package based on individual qualifications and experience, including company stock. Employees will also be eligible for medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) retirement plan options, and to purchase discounted stock through Rocket Lab's Employee Stock Purchase Program.

$64,000$100,000 USD
