SUMMARY:
The Press Brake Operator II uses brakes, sheer, spot-welder, PEM insert machine, and a roller.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Understand jobs, tags, storage, and electronical logging - .Read and interpret most blueprints
- .Understands all pieces of equipment in press area including presses, insertion equipment, finishing equipment, insertion equipment, and spot-welding equipment
- .Run any programmed job, correctly inspect the first part, and set up the job
- .Establish inspection and basic tooling from the tooling list
- .EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE:High School Diploma or GED preferre
- dVocational or Trade School preferre
- d3 to 5 years of Brake press experience preferre
- dForklift certification require
dKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- :Ability to read blueprints
- .Ability to work with others to complete tasks or work individually
- .Proficient reading skills for tape measures, caliper, and other measuring tool
- sPHYSICAL DEMANDS:Lift, carry, push, and or pull 1- 50 lbs. frequently
- .Regularly sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
- .Work in a fast-paced industrial environment while wearing hearing protection, vision protection, steel-toed shoes, and other appropriate protective clothin
- gWORK ENVIRONMENTNormal work hours with occasional optional as well as mandatory overtime necessary to meet deadline
- sNormal office and manufacturing plant environment which may include exposure to dust, industrial solvents, liquids and other materials
