Aegis is currently partnering with a growing manufacturing company in the northwestern suburbs looking to identify a Production Supervisor to join their team!

Responsibilties:
- Supervise and direct production staff of 25-35 employees
- Monitor production output, quality, and efficiency against established targets
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Coordinate with planning, maintenance, and quality teams to minimize downtime
Requirements:
- 2–5+ years of leadership experience within a discrete manufacturing environment
- Mechanically-inclined individual
- Experience using a ERP/MES system
- Experience using precision measurement tools - calipers, micrometers, etc
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus
