An established international manufacturer of industrial capital equipment is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to help drive growth across a large multi-state territory. Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $70,000 - $75,000
• Uncapped Commission (typical annual commissions range from $30,000 - $60,000+)

What You'll Be Doing
• Manage a large multi-state territory and develop long-term customer relationships
• Execute the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and post-sale account management
• Generate new business through lead follow-up, cold outreach, networking, referrals, and market research
• Conduct in-person and virtual equipment demonstrations
• Develop relationships with manufacturers, fabricators, job shops, distributors, and industrial end-users
• Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline activity through CRM tools
• Attend industry trade shows and customer events
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding manufacturing processes and recommending solutions
What We're Looking For
• Minimum 3 years of capital equipment sales experience OR 2+ years selling industrial manufacturing equipment
• Proven outside sales experience with a strong track record of developing new business
• Experience managing a sales territory and working independently
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills
• Comfortable traveling throughout a multi-state territory
• Self-motivated professional who thrives with autonomy and ownership
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining sales pipelines
