Position Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing Associate to support marketing initiatives for one of our manufacturing clients in the Rockledge, FL area. This individual will assist with marketing campaigns, social media management, trade show coordination, sales support activities, and customer engagement efforts. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, comfortable presenting in front of groups, and interested in supporting B2B marketing initiatives within an industrial manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Manage company social media platforms, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement activities
- Coordinate and support trade shows, industry events, customer visits, and marketing materials preparation
- Assist sales teams with presentations, collateral, customer communications, and lead generation activities
- Maintain and utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions, campaign performance, and marketing initiatives
- Create presentations and marketing materials for internal and external audiences
- Participate in customer meetings, trade events, and presentations as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teams to support business growth initiatives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer engagement opportunities within the manufacturing sector
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required
- 1+ years of marketing experience preferred; relevant internship experience will be considered
- Experience supporting B2B marketing initiatives preferred
- Strong presentation and communication skills with confidence speaking in front of groups and customers
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing campaign execution
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
