Marketing Specialist
Location: Rockledge, FL
Full-Time | Direct Hire
Salary: $60,000–$80,000
Travel: ~25%
We are partnering with a growing organization to find a Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident delivering high-impact presentations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending marketing strategy with hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Coordinate and support trade show efforts, including preparation and on-site presence
- Utilize CRM systems to track campaigns, engagement, and performance metrics
- Partner closely with the sales team to support initiatives, materials, and overall strategy
- Assist with ongoing marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and business growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong presentation skills – must be comfortable presenting to groups and leadership
- Experience with marketing campaigns and event/trade show coordination
- Familiarity with CRM systems and tracking marketing performance
- Ability to work cross-functionally and support a sales-driven environment
- Willingness to travel approximately 25%
