Sales Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to grow business within the wholesale and retail markets. This role is responsible for developing new client relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and increasing brand awareness throughout the assigned territory. The ideal candidate is motivated by building partnerships, delivering exceptional service, and driving sales growth in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

  • Base salary of $60,000 annually
  • Opportunity to earn commission based on achieving quarterly sales quotas

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial, office, and retail partners
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer training sessions
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, account development, negotiations, closing, and follow-up
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records within CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support business growth strategies
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and community engagements
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing account support

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
  • Professional presentation skills with the ability to engage customers and conduct demonstrations
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed
  • Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools preferred
