  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — comfortable speaking directly with customers about timelines, installations, and issues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); ERP or CRM experience a plus
  • Comfortable learning and working with complex technical products
  • Consistent follow-through and ability to keep internal teams and customers aligned
  • Ability to travel 10-20% as needed

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Prior exposure to industrial equipment, automation, CNC machinery, or capital equipment
  • Experience supporting field service or sales teams

Why This Role

  • Clear and intentional growth path into technical sales — this is not just a coordinator job, it is a launchpad
  • Work directly alongside leadership at a small, tight-knit company where your contributions are visible and recognized
  • Opportunity to earn significantly more as you grow into sales on capital equipment deals
  • Family-oriented culture where people are invested in your development
  • Stable, well-established OEM manufacturer with a strong product line and loyal customer base

  • $60,000 – $75,000 base salary depending on experience
  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 10-20% travel to customer sites
  • Direct hire opportunity
