Aegis is currently partnering with a growing manufacturing company in the northwestern suburbs looking to identify a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join their team!

Responsibilties:
- Supervise and direct production staff across assigned shifts or work areas
- Monitor production output, quality, and efficiency against established targets
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Coordinate with planning, maintenance, and quality teams to minimize downtime
Requirements:
- Must be Billingual in English & Spanish
- 3–5 years of manufacturing or production experience
- 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
- Shift: 1:00- 11:00 pm
