Lead and coordinate electrical installation activities for new equipment, production lines, and facility upgrades
Supervise and provide direction to electricians, contractors, and technical staff on-site
Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and layout drawings to ensure accurate installation
Plan and prioritize daily/weekly work to meet project timelines and production goals
Support equipment commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting of electrical and control systems
Ensure compliance with all safety standards, including OSHA and NFPA regulations
Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to resolve technical issues
Manage contractors and ensure work is completed to company standards and specifications
Track project progress and provide updates to leadership on timelines, risks, and milestones
Assist in developing standard work procedures and documentation for installed systems

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in electrical installation within manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments
Prior experience leading teams or supervising electrical personnel
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, controls, PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens), and industrial equipment
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical drawings
Experience with equipment startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with OSHA, NFPA, and general industrial safety standards
