  • Lead offer negotiations and ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Analyze compensation data and conduct wage/salary surveys to stay competitive in the market
  • Standardize and enhance job descriptions across departments
  • Manage ATS/HRIS systems to streamline recruiting workflows
  • Support succession planning, skill gap analysis, and training initiatives
  • Build employer branding efforts and represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events
  • Collaborate with external staffing agencies as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing recruiting
  • Proven success recruiting for high-level salaried roles (Director, VP, etc.)
  • Experience with wage/salary surveys and market data analysis
  • Strong sourcing skills (cold calling, research, pipeline development)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ATS/HRIS platforms
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Solid understanding of employment and labor laws

Nice to Have

  • Agency recruiting background or experience partnering with agencies
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)
  • Experience with employer branding, social recruiting, and campus recruiting
  • Exposure to succession planning and training/development programs

Why This Role?

  • Join a rapidly growing organization investing heavily in expansion and innovation
  • High visibility role with direct impact on leadership hiring and company growth
  • Collaborative, people-first culture with strong values and long-term stability
  • Opportunity to build and shape recruiting strategy in a modern manufacturing environment
