What You’ll Do
You’ll keep machines, equipment, and the building running smoothly so production doesn’t stop.
Your Main Tasks
- Perform routine maintenance and fix equipment when it breaks
- Follow maintenance schedules and complete work orders
- Grease, oil, and replace filters on machines
- Check equipment for wear or potential problems
- Maintain and service equipment like lift trucks
- Handle basic building repairs (lights, doors, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Help keep equipment running efficiently
- Keep your work area clean and safe
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of maintenance or mechanical repair experience
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
Nice to Have
- Electrical experience (reading wiring diagrams, basic wiring)
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Welding experience
- Experience with industrial or foundry equipment
- Experience working on lift trucks or mobile equipment

- Manufacturing setting with active machinery
- Physical work (standing, lifting, moving equipment)
- Fast-paced environment
