Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities across operations.
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to secure downtime windows and prioritize work.
Review, validate, and define work orders, including scope, labor estimates, materials, and sequencing of tasks.
Ensure parts, materials, tools, and safety permits are available and staged prior to job execution.
Maintain and manage CMMS data, including work orders, asset records, PM schedules, and backlog prioritization.
Monitor work order progress, analyze labor and material usage, and report performance metrics and KPIs.
Support continuous improvement efforts, including root cause analysis (RCA), cost reduction initiatives, and equipment reliability improvements.

Requirements

Strong experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Solid technical knowledge to estimate labor, materials, and job scope across multiple trades.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
Proficiency with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel).
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and departments.
