Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, software, and infrastructure (LAN/WAN).
Monitor network performance, security, and availability, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Analyze and resolve network, server, and connectivity problems across the organization.
Maintain and support network security tools including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion prevention systems.
Assist with administration of Windows Server environments, including virtualization (Hyper-V).
Create and maintain documentation related to network configurations, inventory, and system changes.
Provide end-user support, including responding to help desk requests, and performing system upgrades, moves, adds, and changes.

Requirements

Associate’s degree in IT or related field, or 3–5 years of relevant network administration experience.
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, servers, and connectivity.
Experience with network security tools (firewalls, antivirus, encryption, intrusion prevention).
Familiarity with Windows Server environments and virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with working knowledge of Visual Studio and MS SQL.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and interpret technical documentation.
Strong communication skills with the ability to support users and collaborate with IT teams.
