Position Summary

The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions for a multi-site operation, partnering closely with local leadership to support business objectives through effective HR strategies, employee relations, talent development, and compliance initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Human Resources activities and partner with local leadership to ensure effective HR processes and procedures

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of HR experience and 3+ years of management experience
  • OR
  • High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of HR experience and 4+ years of management experience
  • Union and labor relations experience strongly preferred
  • Strong employee relations, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience supporting compliance programs and HR reporting

Preferred:

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
