Coordinate machine installations and retrofits in collaboration with internal teams, customers, and contractors
Perform machine setup, commissioning, production validation runs, and final testing
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and lubrication systems
Conduct warranty repairs and provide ongoing service support
Train customer personnel on proper operation, maintenance, and safety protocols
Complete service reports, checklists, time sheets, and customer-facing documentation
Disassemble and prepare machines for shipping with accurate labeling for reassembly
Adhere to company quality, safety, and environmental standards during fieldwork
Suggest process improvements and cost-saving measures when applicable

Technical Skills & Experience:

Strong mechanical background with CNC machine tool experience (3-axis, 5-axis, lathes, servos, etc.)
Hands-on experience with Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens, and/or Bosch Rexroth controls
Electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills required
Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and technical manuals
Proficiency with hand tools, electrical test equipment, and machine shop tools
Familiarity with software testing, troubleshooting, and recovery processes (with engineering support)
Experience performing basic machining operations and mechanical alignments during installs
Metal cutting experience is highly preferred
