Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support maintenance technicians; provide training and skill development
- Oversee preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance for production and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Ensure high equipment uptime through downtime analysis and continuous improvement
- Manage CMMS, work orders, and maintenance records
- Plan and support equipment installations, upgrades, and plant improvements
- Control maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and operating costs
- Partner with Production and Quality to ensure equipment availability and product quality
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and ISO / IATF standards
- Support Lean initiatives and cost-reduction efforts
Qualifications
- 10+ years of maintenance experience in plastic injection molding
- 6+ years in a maintenance leadership role
- Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Able to read schematics, blueprints, and PLC ladder logic
- Proven leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills
