What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with engineering and manufacturing professionals

• Source, recruit, and place high-level technical talent

• Develop consultative sales skills while partnering with Account Managers

• Learn how to manage a pipeline, hit performance metrics, and grow a book of business

• Be part of a competitive, team-driven office culture

This role is ideal for someone who:

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred not required)

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with professionals

• Experience in cold calling, sales, internships, athletics, or leadership roles is a plus

• High achievement mindset and ability to outperform goals

• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
