At RingCentral, we believe the best customer experiences happen when humans and AI work together. Our agentic voice AI portfolio—AIR, AVA, and ACE—brings together automation, assistance, and insights across the entire conversation lifecycle. The result? More seamless, intelligent experiences for businesses everywhere.

With $2.5B+ in ARR and $250M invested in R&D annually, we’re building the future of AI-powered business communications.

This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: An Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and scale RingCentral's global affiliate program into a high-performance, pipeline-generating channel.

As a senior leader on the Demand Generation team, you will own the end-to-end affiliate strategy—from partner recruitment and program design to compliance guardrails, attribution infrastructure, and performance analytics. You'll develop and manage relationships with affiliate networks, publishers, content partners, and technology alliances, while collaborating closely with Privacy, Security, Legal, Analytics, and Marketing Ops to ensure the program operates with integrity and scale.

If you're a data-obsessed relationship builder who thrives on turning partner ecosystems into measurable revenue impact—and who understands how to navigate enterprise-grade compliance requirements—this is the role for you.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the affiliate program strategy end-to-end: Define program structure, commission tiers, incentive models, attribution windows, and payout policies to maximize partner performance and pipeline quality.

  • Recruit and grow a diverse partner ecosystem: Identify, pitch, onboard, and manage affiliates across networks, content publishers, review sites, industry influencers, and technology alliance partners.

  • Build and enforce program guardrails: Establish clear compliance standards, brand safety policies, fraud prevention measures, and partner codes of conduct in collaboration with Privacy, Security, and Legal teams.

  • Drive data-driven optimization: Own core performance metrics including CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion rate, and pipeline contribution. Use analytics to identify growth levers and optimize partner-level performance continuously.

  • Manage attribution and tracking infrastructure: Partner with Analytics and Marketing Ops to maintain clean attribution, reliable tracking (UTMs, postbacks, pixel management), and accurate reporting across all affiliate activity.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders: Serve as the primary liaison between Affiliate Marketing and teams including Privacy, Security Compliance, Analytics, Finance, Brand, and Product Marketing to ensure alignment and program integrity.

  • Lead co-marketing and partner enablement: Develop joint go-to-market campaigns, partner onboarding materials, messaging playbooks, and co-branded assets that help affiliates convert more effectively.

  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and executive reporting: Track spend pacing, forecast pipeline contributions, and deliver clear, executive-level performance reports with actionable recommendations.

  • Conduct structured A/B testing and experimentation: Run creative, landing page, offer, and targeting experiments to continuously improve conversion rates and program efficiency.

  • Leverage AI tools to enhance program operations: Apply AI-powered platforms for partner discovery, fraud detection, performance forecasting, and workflow automation.

To Succeed in This Role You Must Have Experience In:

  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience with at least 4+ years in affiliate or partner marketing, either agency or in-house.

  • Proven track record of building and scaling affiliate programs from early stage to meaningful revenue contribution in a B2B or SaaS environment.

  • Strong data analytics acumen: Ability to extract insights from large datasets, build performance dashboards, and translate data into clear optimization decisions. Proficiency with tools such as Tableau, Excel, SFDC, or equivalent.

  • Deep knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Impact, CJ Affiliate, PartnerStack, ShareASale) including attribution models, postback implementation, and fraud prevention mechanisms.

  • Cross-functional relationship management: Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships with Privacy, Security, Legal, Analytics, and Finance teams and navigate enterprise compliance requirements.

  • Experience managing large program budgets and delivering measurable pipeline ROI.

  • Strong partner relationship skills: Proven ability to recruit, negotiate with, and retain high-quality affiliate partners across multiple verticals.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present program strategy and results to senior leadership clearly and persuasively.

  • Test-and-learn mindset with a track record of running structured experiments and applying learnings at scale.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience operating affiliate programs with nine-digit associated GMV or budget responsibility.

  • Familiarity with programmatic and ABM platforms (e.g., 6Sense, DemandBase) as part of a broader demand gen ecosystem.

  • Working knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and how they impact affiliate tracking, data sharing, and partner agreements.

  • Hands-on experience with CRO, landing page optimization, and full-funnel conversion improvement.

  • Experience integrating affiliate performance data with CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing attribution platforms.

  • Familiarity with partner enablement tools, partner portals, and co-marketing execution at scale.

  • AI tool proficiency—hands-on examples of using AI to improve daily marketing workflows and program outcomes.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or equivalent work experience.

What we offer (varies between Intern, FTE & Temp-FTE):
