Marketing Systems Analyst: Supports marketing procurement and MarTech operations through vendor research, renewal management, and documentation. Collaborates with Procurement, IT, Legal, and Security teams to ensure smooth vendor processes and alignment. Analyzes marketing technology performance and recommends optimization strategies while maintaining accurate system and vendor records. Requires experience in vendor analysis, data documentation, cross-functional coordination, and systems performance tracking
This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for:
Support marketing procurement operations by conducting vendor research, analysis, and
documentation
Execute MarTech renewal processes, including data gathering, vendor communication, and renewal
tracking
Drive cross-functional alignment with Procurement, IT, Legal, and Security teams
Analyze marketing technology stack performance and recommend optimization strategies
Maintain comprehensive documentation of marketing systems and vendor relationships
To succeed in this role, you must have experience in:

Data gathering and documentation for technology evaluations
Cross-functional project coordination and communication
Systems analysis and performance tracking
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in Technical Support, preferably supporting ITSM tools (SFDC experience is an advantage)
1–3 years of experience in Python programming
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and project coordination skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
Amenable to working night shifts and on a shifting schedule
Willing to report onsite in Cubao or Ortigas office, with a hybrid work setup (10–11 onsite days per month)
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferably with a strong foundation in technical support and working knowledge of Python
