Marketing Systems Engineer: Design, implement, and maintain LeanData and marketing automation workflows to optimize lead routing and distribution. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot routing and integration issues, and collaborate with marketing operations to ensure efficient and seamless lead management processes.

This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for:

  • Design and implement LeanData flow changes to optimize lead routing and distribution

  • Monitor routing performance and system health across marketing technology stack

  • Investigate routing issues and implement technical solutions to improve lead flow

  • Maintain and troubleshoot marketing automation workflows and integrations

  • Collaborate with marketing operations team to ensure seamless lead management processes

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • LeanData platform configuration and flow management

  • Marketing automation systems and lead routing technologies

  • Technical troubleshooting and system optimization

  • API integrations and workflow automation

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of Salesforce experience, including administration, support, or development.

  • 3–5 years of experience in Python programming

  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills

  • Proven experience managing projects from initiation to completion.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Amenable to working night shifts and on a shifting schedule

  • Willing to report onsite in Cubao or Ortigas office, with a hybrid work setup (10–11 onsite days per month)
