We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives. This individual will be responsible for the entire program lifecycle, from intake and assessment to execution and value realization. The ideal candidate will blend traditional program management discipline with a modern, technology-driven mindset, leveraging AI and automation to optimize processes and deliver insightful stakeholder communications. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales operations, ensuring that our programs align with strategic business objectives and deliver measurable return on investment (ROI).
The successful candidate will be responsible for the hands-on management of program execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This includes developing detailed project plans, managing cross-functional dependencies, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks. You will also be responsible for managing and configuring our project tracking software (e.g., Asana, Jira, or similar platforms) to ensure it serves as an effective single source of truth for all program-related activities and reporting.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
Lead program management activities for Digital Operations initiatives, including process improvements, change management and sales enablement.
Provide early visibility and communication on upcoming changes and releases impacting sales operations, ensuring cross-functional stakeholders are informed in advance.
Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, evaluating, adapting of complex techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Manage and execute projects, encompassing the entire lifecycle from initial intake and requirements definition through coordination of testing efforts.
Collaborate with sales managers and partners to incorporate feedback and work with analysts to co-design solutions that improve operational workflows and sales experience.
Networks with key contacts in the organization outside your own area of expertise. Adapts style and uses persuasion in delivering messages that relate to the wider firm business.
Manage sales readiness through training programs, webinars, and enablement content tailored to sales operations.
Oversee the execution of sales enablement programs, including release enablement, demos, sales notes, and operational training sessions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on program goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Monitor program performance and feedback to continuously improve sales operations processes and tools.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve operational issues and enhance overall user experience.
Generate monthly and quarterly project status reports for leadership.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in program management. OR 6 years and a Master's degree; OR a PhD with 3 years experience; OR equivalent experience. Preferably within a technology or software company
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Expertise in stakeholder management, risk management, and change management.
Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs from initiation to completion.
Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in ROI analysis and budget management.
Direct experience working within or closely supporting a Sales organization is highly desirable.
Proficiency with project and program management software, including configuration and administration.
Demonstrable experience or strong interest in applying AI and automation technologies to business problems.
Familiarity with using generative AI for content creation (e.g., reports, communications) and predictive analytics for forecasting.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Shows ability to handle complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certification in project or program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, Agile certification).
Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato) or RPA tools.
Experience in a role focused on digital transformation or business process re-engineering.
