This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Senior Project Manager.
As a member of the Professional Services PMO, you will be responsible for the health, accuracy, and evolution of our internal delivery standards. You will support a diverse array of technical and operational roles within Professional Services—including Project Managers, Implementation Engineers, Client Partners, Network Engineers, and Customer Trainers. Your mission is to ensure that every role within Professional Services has the documentation, process maps, and training they need to execute their specific functions with speed and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Audit and maintain the internal Knowledge Base to ensure all PS playbooks, project templates, and technical guides are accurate and aligned with current PMO standards.
Facilitate and refine the existing new-hire onboarding program, ensuring every new engineer/project manager enters the field with a consistent understanding of our methodology.
Lead the regular update cycle for training materials (videos, decks, and SOPs) to reflect software updates and internal policy changes.
Partner with PS Leadership to identify "friction points" in the delivery lifecycle where training or documentation is missing.
Translate identified gaps into new, standardized workflows and documentation to prevent "tribal knowledge" silos.
Analyze post-project reviews (lessons learned) to identify recurring mistakes that can be solved through improved internal training or clearer process documentation.
Ensure all internal documentation follows a consistent brand voice and structural framework defined by the PMO.
Interact with programs/projects sponsors, stakeholders and multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver complex features.
Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
Remain flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and can adapt to changes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives at the strategic level.
Mentor and coach others internal and external to the PMO at the program level.
To succeed in this role you must have the following:
3-5 years in PS Operations, Enablement, or a PMO environment.
Experience leading onboarding, training sessions, and internal workshops (For both technical and non-technical professionals.)
Proven ability to identify process gaps using data, feedback, and lessons learned.
Strong expertise in process documentation, knowledge management, and training enablement.
Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
Desired Qualifications:
Ability to look at project data or team feedback and pinpoint exactly where a process is breaking down.
High proficiency in translating complex PS methodologies into simple, step-by-step internal guides.
Experience leading internal workshops and training sessions for seasoned professionals.
Experience with Project Management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Smartsheet, Asana) and Documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Freshworks).
Understanding of operations of Professional Service organization, including: revenue and bookings; budgeting and forecasting; billing and accruals; planning and monitoring performance indicators
Implementation experience with UCaaS and CCaaS platforms and automation tools, preferably related to RingCentral.
Understanding of continuous improvement concepts (such as Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping).
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others.
Ability to lead a matrix program structure without direct authority.
Strong presentation, organization, and communication skills (written and verbal) with both technical and non-technical parties.
Passion, energy, personal accountability, and a desire to lead others to excellence.
Experience in building Change Management function within a large-scale enterprise environment.
PMP certification preferred.
