RingCentral is seeking an inquisitive, data-driven Senior Business Analyst, GREW to join our Facilities Insights and Analytics Program. This role is key to optimizing the workplace experience by leveraging data to drive strategic decisions regarding our physical spaces. You'll transform complex facilities data—on seating capacity, space utilization, food distribution efficiency, and resource planning—into clear, actionable insights for executive and operational leadership.

Core Responsibilities & Focus Areas

Facilities Data Analysis & Modeling:

    • Conduct advanced statistical analysis (regression, ANOVA, etc.) on facilities data (e.g., badge swipes, desk/room bookings, food service logs) to understand utilization trends and operational drivers.

    • Develop predictive models for key facilities needs, such as forecasting future seating capacity requirements and optimizing food service demand.

    • Design and validate KPIs and metrics for optimal office space usage and amenity performance.

    • Create clear narratives and presentations to communicate data-driven insights to non-technical executives.

  • Reporting & Data Management:

    • Design, build, and automate high-impact reports and dashboards (e.g., live occupancy, space utilization heatmaps) using data visualization tools.

    • Collaborate with IT to master the company’s golden sources of truth for Facilities data (IWMS, building systems, reservation tools).

    • Support leadership with various analytic requests related to the physical workplace and resource allocation.

To succeed in this role you must have the following:

  • 5+ yrs of experience on predictive and prescriptive data analytics, planning or similar roles

  • 3+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Operations, or related Analytics/Business Partnership.

  • Experience in or has a working knowledge about the whole business analytics reporting cycle – from collection and warehousing to ETLs and visualization

  • Experience in using Salesforce, R, Python, Tableau and Power BI or any relevant tools

  • Proficiency in database design and SQL; extensive Excel experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • End to End Business Analytics Reporting Cycle. Experience in or has a working knowledge about the whole business analytics reporting cycle – from collection and warehousing to ETLs and visualization. In-depth knowledge of business functions, objectives, strategies, process and information flow. Ability to work on large databases and synthesize into useful reports and dashboards

  • Analytical Skills. Ability to gather, interpret and apply critical thinking to data to help inform decisions. Strong analytical, organization, problem-solving and follow-through skills. Proficiency with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

  • Project Management. Ability to drive project milestones from concept through project closure. Ability to facilitate meetings and project work across different teams . Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Effective Communication and Collaboration. Ability to think and influence both at the strategic and execution level. Proactive in raising observations from data and providing action items. Excellent oral and written communication skills including listening and presentation skills

  • Creation and Process Documentation. Experience in creating or documenting business analytics processes

  • Knowledge with data visualization tools and others. Knowledgeable in other tools such as Anaplan, Salesforce, Alteryx and Hadoop . Knowledgeable in data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI or Data Studio.

  • Self-Starter. Ability to work in a self-directed manner

  • Shift. Willing to work on night shift. Amenable to work on a 2am – 11am MNL shift

  • Work set-up. Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)
