We’re seeking a Senior DevOps/DataOps Engineer who’s passionate about empowering teams with reliable, automated, and high-performing Data Platform. You’ll collaborate with developers, analysts, and operations to build and maintain a modern analytics infrastructure that supports data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing the infrastructure landscape of our Enterprise Data Warehouse, developing data ingestion processes, implementing platform monitoring solutions, and providing infrastructure support.

You will work with a modern data stack, including:

  • Data Warehouse: Oracle SE/EE, Snowflake

  • BI: Tableau

  • Orchestration: Apache Airflow

  • ETL/ELT, CDC: Airbyte, Oracle GoldenGate

  • Cloud Infrastructure: AWS (EKS, RDS, EC2, S3, SQS, SNS)

  • OS: OL9, W2K16 Server

  • CI/CD: GitLab, Jenkins, Spinnaker, In-house tools

  • Configuration Management & IaC: Terraform, Ansible

  • Monitoring/Alerting: VictoriaMetrics, Prometheus, ClickHouse, Grafana, Telegraf, Alert Manager, PagerDuty

  • Data Catalogue/Data Governance: Open Metadata

Key responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and support data ingestion, transformation, and consumption layers using best practices and modern data engineering patterns

  • Develop CI/CD automation for Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) platform components

  • Participate in architectural design of the enterprise data platform and contribute to key technical decisions

  • Enhance and maintain the existing monitoring stack and data quality framework

  • Participate in regular security patching and vulnerability remediation

  • Troubleshoot EDW incidents and ensure timely resolution

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional international team

  • Maintain clear, up-to-date, and well-structured technical documentation

Skills and Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Linux operating systems

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Windows Server administration

  • 3+ years of practical experience with AWS cloud services

  • Exposure to containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data integration workflows

  • Proven expertise in Oracle and Snowflake databases

  • Experience with Prometheus-based monitoring stacks

  • Solid knowledge of Git branching strategies and familiarity with GitLab CI/CD automation

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Effective written and verbal communication in English (Intermediate level or higher)

  • Proactive, self-organized team player with a positive attitude

  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Would be plus:

  • Experience with Python, Bash or Go-Lang

  • Understanding of RBAC, ABAC role mo

  • Hands-on experience with Tableau
